Our extensive experience, well-equipped spare parts stock and specialised testing equipment enable us to quickly fix almost every single servomotor.
Rotor balancing and bearing replacement is a part of every repair!
Every servomotor repaired at RGB Elektronika is by default equipped with new set of high quality bearings (SKF/FAG/NSK), and the rotor is balanced.
Thanks to this, the motor will work flawlessly for a long time, eliminating downtime costs. For balancing, we use CIMAT devices - the leader in the balancing machines sector.
Every repaired servomotor is returned with reports from insulation resistance and measurement system tests, as well as balancing.
We return the motors to their former glory!
Apart from professional repair, all serviced and sold servomotors undergo a visual overhaul! Many years of use in harsh industrial environments cause corrosion of crucial elements, such as shafts, collars or cable connectors. RGB Elektronika ensures a general overhaul of every servomotor, comprising new engine coating, windings waterproofing and removing corrosion, including protection against its reappearance.
